Refund policy

Returns:

We want you to be happy with your purchase and do accept returns in the event that your purchase didn't work out.  Returns must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount due.  All wreaths returned must be in original condition and the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.  Send an email to stacey@lilachousedesignstudio.com with a picture of the wreath to be returned.  Additional instructions will be sent once the return is approved.

Please note: Custom orders are non-returnable.
